What is your typical process for working with a new client?

First we evaluate our potential client’s business, their target audience, their direct competition, and their specific goals that they would like to reach. After our evaluation process we determine the type of campaign that is needed for each individual project. We DO NOT take on all projects. We are very specific with who we work with as we invest a lot of personal time with each of our clients and if we feel that, for some reason, we are not a good fit on a particular project, we respectfully turn projects down. We are not about just taking people’s money! We only work with projects that we know we could bring a good ROI for our clients.

What experience do you have with internet marketing?

Our team’s online marketing experience goes way back to 1999 when M4 Worldwide’s co-founder and President, Marcelo Oleas, started his first e-commerce business selling import vinyl records to DJs across the United States. The internet and technology is ever-changing and we pride ourselves in always being a step ahead of the game. We belong to some of the top mastermind groups that include the world’s best SEOs which ensure that we always stay on top of our industry.

No. All our services are custom built around each of our client’s individual needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire an SEO online marketing agency?

Online marketing and SEO can sometimes be like a double edged sword. There are tons of companies that promise the world at ridiculously low prices (most of them outsourcing all their work overseas). Search engine optimization and online marketing if not done correctly can actually hurt your business instead of help. We have had numerous clients who we have had to rescue from penalties due to poor SEO. The statement, “you get what you pay for” is often true in our industry so be careful with who you choose to work with. What you thought was going to save you money, might end up costing you a lot more in the long run.
